Article 2 - Commercial name:

Article 3 - Validation of orders and electronic signature (law of March 13, 2000):

Article 4 - Price:

The prices of the Products indicated on the site are expressed in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs and customs fees (additional customs clearance fees, processing fees, local taxes - see Article Customs Fees below), which remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Atelier Marinette reserves the right to modify the prices of the Products at any time and without notice. The prices are indicated on the description sheet of the Products, which will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order by the Customer.

The Products remain the property of Atelier Marinette until full payment of the price by the Customer. The total amount of each order is payable in full and in a single payment by the Customer.

Article 5 - Availability of products:

In order to avoid overproduction, Atelier Marinette manufactures accessories to order in its workshops. All Products are manufactured within three weeks, or 15 working days, before being personalized (if the Customer requests it), prepared and then shipped.

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. If one or more ordered product(s) are not available, Atelier Marinette undertakes to inform the customer as quickly as possible by e-mail. The customer's order will then be canceled and the corresponding amount refunded.

Article 6 - Secure payment:

Payment for purchases is made by bank card: Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue, and international cards, via our partner Stripe. Payment by credit card is perfectly secure on the Site since no banking information is transmitted via www.atelier-marinette.fr . Your bank card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and are neither saved nor accessible by Atelier Marinette. This is the reason why bank details are systematically requested when the Customer places an order on the Site.

As soon as payment is accepted by the banking service, the Customer's order will be taken into account and an order validation email will be immediately sent to the Customer. Article 7 - Delivery and Deadlines:

As soon as the order is confirmed by the Customer and subject to full payment of the total price and shipping costs, Atelier Marinette will manufacture, personalize (if desired by the Customer), prepare and ship the order within two weeks or 15 working days , except for exceptions linked to an overload of orders depending on seasonality which could slightly delay these deadlines. Any purchase concerning a Product which is already in stock at the time of validation of the order, will accelerate the process of preparation and shipping thereof to the address indicated by the Customer.

Atelier Marinette offers several delivery methods, at the rates applicable when confirming the order, visible on the DELIVERY page. The delivery methods are as follows: Colissimo at home and Mondial Relay at relay point. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. Atelier Marinette cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays linked to overwork by the carrier, poor organization of the carrier or any climatic or geopolitical event.

The Customer is invited to ensure, at the time of delivery, that the package is intact and complete in the presence of the person making the delivery in order to make a reservation if necessary. If, however, the Customer has any doubt about the intact and complete nature of the order, he is required to refuse delivery and return the order thus refused to the carrier in its original packaging. In the event of return to the sender, in the event that the Customer has not collected the package within the delivery times indicated by the carrier, Atelier Marinette cannot be held responsible and the return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. If the Customer does not wish to pay for the return of the package, Atelier Marinette will then keep the personalized products without possible refund.

Article 8 - Right of withdrawal and Returns:

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract concluded without specifying a particular reason within fourteen days of receipt of the order. However, the right of withdrawal is not applicable for personalized items.

In order to exercise their right of withdrawal, only eligible for non-personalized items, the Customer must inform Atelier Marinette of their decision to withdraw by contacting us directly by e-mail at hello@atelier-marinette.fr . In the event of withdrawal, Atelier Marinette will reimburse the item(s) returned using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Atelier Marinette reserves the right to defer reimbursement until receipt of the Product(s) and within 7 working days. If a return is made on an order paid for with a gift card, the amount of the item will then be credited back to the gift card in question and cannot be subject to a bank refund.

The product(s) concerned must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the duly completed return form, to the following address: 64 Avenue Henri Dunant 06130 GRASSE. If the item ordered and received by the Customer is defective upon receipt, the Customer must first inform Atelier Marinette at hello@atelier-marinette.fr, attaching the order reference and photos of the defect. . Article 19 - Dispute resolution:
