Where are Atelier Marinette items made?
Our collection of accessories is made in our workshops in the South of France, in the town of Grasse. We favor French and local manufacturing which fully corresponds to our values.
Our collection of organic cotton baby clothes comes from England.
How are fabrics selected?
All the fabrics used to make our items are carefully selected for their quality, softness and lightness.
What fabrics are used?
Double cotton gauze is at the heart of our collection since it is found in each of our items. It is a soft and light material, perfectly suited to babies' skin.
Cozy fleece is a real haven of softness that babies love. A warm, cozy cocoon that reassures and soothes them.
The soft bamboo sponge is ideal for gently cleaning and drying baby's skin. In addition, it is up to four times more absorbent than a classic cotton sponge.
OEKO-TEX® label: what is it?
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification ensures the legal compliance of controlled textile products and guarantees the absence of toxic substances. This label was created by the Oeko-Tex association in 1992 in Germany.
In other words, this certification best respects the fragile skin of babies since it considerably reduces the risk of irritation or allergy.
What fabric colors are available?
Our double cotton gauze collection is available in eleven shades: white, vanilla, camel, terracotta, marsala, blush pink, lilac, mint green, khaki, denim blue, peacock blue.
A few items are still available in mustard yellow. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to offer this color in the future as our fabric supplier no longer makes it.
What is the manufacturing time of the items?
The production time is three weeks since all our pieces are exclusively handmade on demand in our workshops.
Do you have stock available?
All of our items are made to order to avoid overproduction. However, depending on the festive periods, events and new products, we exceptionally make several pieces of an item in each color.
If you wish to place an order and it is a gift for an approaching date, do not hesitate to let us know via the Contact page and we will inform you as best we can about the stock or the manufacturing time for the articles that you would like.
BABY GIFTS
Can I have gift wrapping for my order?
Before leaving the workshop, your orders are carefully wrapped with tissue paper. And all this, at no extra cost. Your order is already "ready to give", no need to buy gift wrapping!
I would like to preview my order before it is packaged and shipped. How to do ?
As soon as your order is validated, do not hesitate to leave us a short message via the Contact Page to ask us for photos before sending.
As soon as your order is ready to ship, we'll send you some pretty photos so you can see it without having to unwrap our pretty gift packaging!
What items do you recommend for a birth gift?

CUSTOMIZATION
How do I personalize an item with my child's first name?
If you want to personalize an item, it's very simple!
- Go to the product sheet that you like then select your choice of colors/sizes... depending on the item chosen
- The “Would you like to personalize this item?” button. » is displayed: click on “YES”
- Several fields are then displayed. You can add a first name OR a sweet word then choose a writing color and a font. Finally, select a pattern of your choice
Important: If you do not want a pattern, simply select “no pattern”. The same for the other fields.
The fields displayed vary depending on the item chosen.
How much does it cost to personalize my item?
Personalization of our baby items is FREE.
Since each child is unique, it seemed important to us to offer the possibility of personalizing each of our items for free.
What customization choices are available?
A wide choice of personalization is available to you since you can choose: the first name OR sweet word OR important date, the pattern, the font as well as the personalization color.
Personalization choices vary depending on the item. Therefore, we invite you to directly consult the product sheet of the item you like to see the customization choices available.
Won't the personalization risk disappearing in the wash?
If you follow the instructions carefully, there is no risk that the flocking will disappear. Please note: hand wash OR machine wash at 30°C maximum, no tumble dryer, no ironing.
If you notice possible detachment after washing a little too intensely in the machine, you can apply a film of parchment paper to the personalization and iron for a few seconds with an iron.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
What are the possible delivery methods in Metropolitan France & Corsica?
We offer three delivery methods:
- Delivery by letter followed to your home at €2.90 - 2 to 3 days. Small items only
- Delivery to Mondial Relay relay point at €4.90 - 3 to 5 days. Available in mainland France from 80€ of purchases on our e-shop
- Colissimo home delivery at €8.90 - 2 to 3 days
- Collection at the workshop by appointment in Grasse (06130) - Free
Important: the delivery times written above are in addition to the manufacturing time of 3 weeks.
Deliveries in Corsica: only to relay points via Mondial Relay (same conditions as those listed above)
What are the possible delivery methods internationally?
BELGIUM :
- Delivery to Mondial Relay relay point at €5.90 - 3 to 4 days
ITALY :
- Delivengo Easy home delivery: €10.90 - 3 to 5 days
SWISS :
- Delivengo Easy home delivery: €19.90 - 3 to 5 days
How can I collect my order from the workshop?
As soon as your order is ready, we will contact you by email to offer you several slots for collection from the workshop, located in Grasse (06130) - France.
When will I receive my order ?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package. This will allow you to track the delivery of your package and obtain an estimate of its arrival date, depending on the carrier chosen.
If you have not received this email, do not hesitate to let us know via the Contact Page. We will keep you informed as best as possible about the tracking of your order.
I forgot to select the relay point of my choice for delivery, what should I do?
The selection of the relay point is made after validation of your order.
If you are unable to select a relay point or simply skipped this step, simply:
- let us know of this oversight via the Contact Page.
You can then fill out the form and tell us the relay point of your choice (see available relay points near you on the Mondial Relay website).
I had the wrong delivery method. How to do ?
Leave us a short message via the Contact Page.
We will contact you by email so that you can indicate the delivery method of your choice.
If you have selected another delivery method that is less expensive than the one you want, we will ask you to pay the corresponding delivery costs by bank transfer.
Conversely, if you had chosen a more expensive delivery method than the one you wanted, we will reimburse you for the corresponding costs directly via your order, as soon as shipping has been completed.
I have not received my order even though the package tracking indicates “Delivered”. How to do ?
Once the package has left our workshop, it is the carrier who is in charge of shipping and therefore responsible in the event of a dispute. In this case, we invite you to contact the carrier directly, namely Colissimo or Mondial Relay, in order to make a complaint.
Do not hesitate to also let us know about this delivery problem via our Contact Page.
We will make a complaint on our side in order to have additional information. A claim may take several days depending on the carrier's current waiting times. We will keep you informed as soon as we receive feedback from them.
