CAREFUL PACKAGING:

Atelier Marinette processes your orders with the greatest care: your items are delicately packaged in tissue paper. This is the opportunity to offer you a nice surprise when you discover your items. A thank you card with a quote on the front is attached, so you can decorate baby's room with this little card. The design will be regularly updated to allow you to collect them and why not, create a wall of quotes!

DELIVERY :

The delivery time for each carrier begins as soon as the order is shipped, i.e. at the end of the manufacturing, customization (if desired by the Customer) and preparation time of 15 working days (3 weeks). The Customer will be informed by e-mail of the progress of their order and its preparation for shipment.

France :

Delivery is free for purchases over €80 to mainland France via Mondial Relay.

Letter followed at home (2 to 3 days): €2.90 - Small items only

Mondial Relay at relay point (3 to 5 days): €4.90 - Free from €80 of purchases

Colissimo without signature at home (2 to 3 days): €8.90

Collection by appointment: Grasse (06) - Free. The Customer will be contacted when preparing their order in order to agree on a time slot for collection.

Belgium :

Mondial Relay at relay point (3 to 4 days): €5.90

Italy :

Delivengo Easy at home (3 to 5 days): €10.90

Spain:

Delivery to relay point (Mondial Relay) - 3 days at €6.90

Germany :

Home delivery (Mondial Relay) - 3 to 6 days at €9.90

Swiss :

Delivengo Easy at home (3 to 5 days): €19.90

IMPORTANT: Orders to certain countries such as Switzerland are subject to possible taxes and customs fees upon arrival. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer (recipient). They must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
